Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from the Folketsval online store, operated by HR BRANDS LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: folketsvalse@gmail.com.

Orders

Your order is a binding offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong, and we refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices and any shipping costs are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and we extend returns to 30 days. See our refund policy for how to return an item.

Product use

Follow the included instructions. Electrical parts such as the USB controller and power adapter must be kept dry and sheltered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights for faulty goods.
