Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Folketsval order. If you are not happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This is on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at folketsvalse@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please contact us before sending anything back.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Do not send returns to our company address; it does not accept parcels.
  3. Send the item back in its original packaging with all parts (light curtain, controller, remote and hooks).

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. For other returns, the cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer.

Faulty products

Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected. Email us with a photo or short video of the fault and we will sort it out.

Är du inte nöjd kan du returnera din beställning inom 30 dagar efter leverans och få pengarna tillbaka för produkten. Det gäller utöver din lagstadgade ångerrätt på 14 dagar.

Mejla oss först på folketsvalse@gmail.com med ditt ordernummer. Du får då returadress och instruktioner. Skicka inte returer till vår företagsadress. Vi betalar tillbaka inom 14 dagar efter att vi tagit emot varan. Är varan trasig, skadad eller fel står vi för returfrakten. Vid övriga returer betalar kunden returfrakten.
